Anyway I was listening to a podcast the other week and I mentioned it in here, but they were talking about Blue Zones which are areas where people tend to live long and they found that their diet/exercise routine wasn’t all that special but it was the way their social groups were ran that was unique. They think your social circle has a lot to do with longevity

lemonade and vodka is what I was having the one time I blacked out haha. shit is so good it is dangerous. had a variation in Indiana that was so good I finished my first two before I even got back to my seat it is bad how much I love that combo lol

I tried to make a peppermint Oreo shake using peppermint schnapps once and my roommate (who was an RA) walked in while the kitchen smelled like a distillery so that was an awkward convo. the milkshake was also bad and undrinkable bc I fucked up the ratio

 

I once tried to make peppermint hot chocolate with a peppermint dropper but added way too much peppermint, you just need a drop or else it's undrinkable as you said

 

absolutely, never tried again though bc that stuff tasted like Listerine anyway

 

yeah same. i drank watermelon juice + lemonade + grey goose two summers back and that's the last time i got drunk because it was so smooth. and it was in front of my entire family.

vodka lemonade as been a go to of mine since college so it was only natural.

 

gonna start calling that combo "garrett lemonade"
