I'm not sure why it was even brought to attention in this topic tbh, but it looks like most people replying to him are like "ok whatever dude" so that's good at least

 

This album is shaping up really nicely, and it's all great, BUT when we're all done.... I REALLY would die for an album in the style of the chorus of Over Yet, carrying over the 80s vibes from After Laughter, but more lush.

 

I've been enjoying these tracks with the exception of one or two, but I admittedly enjoy AL a lot more. Hope Paramore goes in a different direction, but I'm sure they will

 

This album seems to be all over the place, but high quality, maybe future paramore will be more focused on a singular sound like AL was.

Also I haven't heard the newest Hayley song yet, but Over Yet is such a friggin bop.

 

That cover is perfect.

I haven’t listened to any new ones since Roses. And haven’t really listened to any at all since that one came out. Trying to cleanse myself until the full thing hits.

I wonder if we'll get the full PFAII on Friday or if she'll wait to drop it.

 

Just realized we’re only 3 weeks away from the full album. Really hope it doesn’t get pushed back.

Came in here to say that Why We Ever is now easily my favorite song she has put out yet for petals for armor.... and completely just fucked me up emotionally. You can literally hear her pain in the second half of the song.

but yea. This song is completely perfect to me.

 

I was pretty excited for this one after I saw this post and it didn’t disappoint. Big Frank Ocean vibes imo

Feels like I’ve liked every single more than the last with this project so far, but Why We Ever is the first to be like, perfectly up my alley. Thankful we’re only three weeks away from the record bc there’s zero chance I’m not about to extremely overplay this track
