I think one of the coolest things about Hayley is how musically diverse she is, in both taste and artistry. I love that we can hear the various influences across Paramore's discog from early emo to jazz and funk. It's so awesome to watch her evolve and embrace/incorporate all of the things she loves in her own work.

 

Wow, the first track is gorgeous. I need to spend a lot of time with this one. Sounds beautiful.

 

I like this but a fair bit less than Petals which I liked a fair bit less than Paramore. I think her poppier stuff just works more for me.

 

You mean watch her while she blooms?

 

Past two Paramore albums and PFA I've only connected with about 50% of, but this one really clicked for me. Just a lot of gorgeous stuff happening throughout

 

Boy do I wish I had a jacuzzi during this quarantine lol

 

I'm glad she was able to write Trigger and it must have been cathartic but wow
her saying are you fucking kidding me was an adorable mood
imagine being the subject of No Use I Just Do and Find Me Here I'd die

 

Find Me Here is such a pretty song.

How come you never put the safety on?

 

After listening on repeat all day, I’m pretty sure this is her best work.

 

I become more obsessed with this song the more I hear it.

 

Trigger sounds so familiar to me and it's driving me nuts trying to think of what it's reminding me of

 

vinyl plz.

The title track is so beautiful and heartbreaking, she’s def confronting some stuff from her childhood on this album and it kinda sounds like clips of old home videos or something there

 

Over those hills finishes with major war on drugs vibes

 

That rabbit line on My Limb is probably my favorite lyrical moment in her career. This album is absolutely fantastic and I'm glad it exists

Oh, this is gorgeous. Honestly everything I could have hoped for in a Hayley solo album and I liked Petals a lot.

 

NGL this album is too sad for me I liked that PFA was also fun

 

Was the intro to HYD taken from one of her instagram or twitter quarantine videos? I screamed, but then I realized I felt like I had heard it before.
