He looks like he did in the Christmas special that just came out. And this is OG Groot’s son, so he will look different.

 

Stupid me didn’t know this was a son or separate Groot. I thought Groot was just regrowing.

 

I only understood that fact recently, to be honest.

I was gonna say both Groot and Rocket are getting some but it was asexual reproduction with Baby Groot

 

This Groot stuff was talked about and hashed out in interviews as far back as the end of Vol. 1.

 

Looks like Pratt is looking a bit more alive in this too
