I think it looks good. That song in the trailer is a total misfit though.

Ever since the previews discussed a water arena with sharks I’ve been in and stay in.

 

Mescal is so good. Can’t wait to see more Quinn after A Quiet Place: Day One.

 

Not a great trailer but I think that’s more so due to how it was cut and the music choice, I’m not worried about the film itself.

Not a fan of the trailer being cut like a Fast & Furious movie trailer, but if it gets people to go see a Ridley Scott movie, then ok.

I don’t think the trailer is edited well but all the individual things in the trailer have me incredibly hyped if that makes sense. Ridley still knows how to nail fight sequences so at the very least there will be some really fun shit and great performances from Mescal and Denzel.

hello it is me, long time Gladiator fan and not someone that just saw the movie for the first time last week

 

I appreciate that you made that distinction so we wouldn't be confused.

 

Got in trouble for seeing the original when I was 16 because a) I snuck in and b) R Rated movies were a no-no in a fundamentalist cult. I remember that more than most of the film at this point, so probably due a rewatch soon.
