It's obnoxious af. I recently had my old college buddy add me on insta and I was like awww we've lost touch a bit so this is nice. But it's just her trying to sell stuff

 

Went to the doctor to complain about new PMS symptoms and change my birth control prescription and she told me that this is normal when women get older

 

My back hurt yesterday from sleeping wrong. Then I went to the movies and slept through the majority of Scary Stories so I have to see it again

 

I can't imagine sleeping through a movie let alone a horror movie


I also have chronic insomnia though so I'm not sure what normal sleep is

 

Oh I can sleep anywhere and any time. It helped that they were reclining seats though

 

Got diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis last year after my knee swelled to like three times the size of the other one. Ever since I can't sit cross-legged without it really hurting to uncross that leg, basically lost 10% range of motion. Luckily the swelling went away with a steroid shot, but now the swelling is back (like twice the size of the other knee this time) and it sucks cause half my job in the summer is walking around outside. And when I say outside I mean through brush, through wetlands, up sand dunes...not always easy walking. And my doctor won't return my call so I can get that fucking shot again. Fuck.

Got some fluid pulled outta my knee and another steroid injection today...so I guess this is a yearly thing(?), cool.

 

My back is in so much pain rn. I was doing ab workouts earlier and I felt like I strained it, but the pain was quick and subsided and I forgot about it. Now that I'm laying down and trying to be a functioning person who sleeps, it hurts so bad omg. If it's like this still tomorrow RIP me

 

Feel better!!! I was having lower back pain and started doing some quick core exercises which definitely helped. Now I'm working a desk job and don't have to stand all day which is also helpful.

 

Getting old is when you see a tour that is going to start mid-day (Hella mega-tour) and you are considering taking the next day off to recover (not from drinking, just the required amount of standing!)

 

I have randomly high RPM heartbeats. I know I have arrhythmia but when it happens I'm like "is today the day?" And it's a fun millennial experience

 

Haha or when I see a concert is midday and its like thank God it'll end earlier so I can get to bed at a reasonable hour!

 

Got started on my first long term prescription medication today, so I guess I’m joining the club!

 

I started 3 new ones a few weeks ago, welcome lol

 

I’m having to do stretches specifically for my hip so I might as well just call it a day

 

I've been doing stretches for my back since I was like 19. I think I was actually overstretching since I noticed my back has been hurting a lot less since I modified my stretch routine and took out one thing.

 

Omg. I've always had sucky posture and am super tense so my back has just been awful for years. But Covid has really tested me!! A combo of the gym being closed and me working at my desk more has just destroyed what little was left of it. It hurts so bad. I ordered a neck/spine align thingy and tomorrow I'm buying new pillows and calling a chiropractor cause I can't take it

right there with you. I've been working from home and I don't have a proper desk/chair set up so I've been either at my dining table or on my couch. I can practically feel myself becoming this

 

My back is absolutely fucked from working from home to the point where it takes me a minute to stand up. I was working in bed until last week and even now I’m just working in an uncomfortable wooden chair.

 

If I wake up and my lower back doesn't hurt it honestly feels weird at this point
