This is not politics related but I need to rant about something that just happened.

I was trying to help a friend of my mother get into her email, and it's bad enough that we didn't have enough information for Microsoft to agree to unlock her account, but what happened next is sending me.

I called support to get help and their automated system directed me to their online website for Outlook assistance and hung up. I call back to try another option and the automated system must retain memory of my number and what I asked, because it immediately directed me online and hung up on me again. I called two other numbers for support and they both redirected me to the same machine, so even if I legitimately had a new question, I can't select a new option from the auto attendant until... ???

Fucking insane.

 

I said it earlier, dude seems like a complete psychopath. Like blatant lying as it’s getting called out for the lies it is right in front of you and absolutely no shame or embarrassment about it. I don’t understand people like that.
