Fair, I’m not in Denver anymore so I didn’t know the specifics. Tabor always makes sales taxes and fees the easiest route in the state so I guess that’s not surprising. I was listening to City Cast Denver this morning and interestingly enough they were reporting that the lower income neighborhoods of the city were the ones voting for it though and the richer areas were the no votes. Which absolutely tracks in this state unfortunately.

this is legitimately horrifying

 

there’s been a lot of talk about the lack of faith in our institutions, and how that’s led to Trump, but I think this is an interesting perspective
