You must have missed yesterday when I admitted WHOOPS I was wrong with the Kamala call. And even then it's not like this was some conclusion only thought by me. It it was within the last 15 years and you were at least 16 years old when you got it, you can, and have to, renew by mail. fill out the form in the link below and mail it along with a new 2"x2" photo, a check or money order for $130 (put your name and date of birth on the memo line), and include your passport book and you're good to go.
