I never took that meme to mean he’s immune from all political consequence, and more about the mindset of process-truster types who believed Trump would be arrested any day now for them.

reading more about Question 5 in Massachusetts, and it really seems like the first part of it would be a no brainer, except that they added the second part, which *really* sounds like it would allow business to fuck over tipped employees, unless I am misunderstanding this
