Anyways, I think “consciousness raising” is about maxed out, and overrated anyways. Especially meaningless when if not used to take power, which - voting (or, as always, choosing to not vote by itself) in today’s election is not the same thing as doing, at all.

RIGHT! RIGHT! My wife and I are saying the same thing! I Don't see ANY Warren commercials (oh there ARE None, because the guys against her doesnt have a shot!)

But I cannot stand the NH commercials. Im not sure who I would vote for there, if I Could, because the commercials, at some point, sound like both candidates are ok with abortions, etc.... You have to read between the lines, and since Im not in NH, I really do not care who wins....

 

People with brains can read the conversation - I made sure to quote every time, it’s easy to go all the way back - and decide, regardless of if you said exactly those words, whether that was clearly the point you were trying to get across when I said “you have a surface level understanding of politics” and you wrote 3 paragraphs in response. People with brains tend to be able to interpret context and read between the lines

 

also yes i do have a more than surface level understanding of politics and the world and if i didn’t i wouldn’t talk about those things. just a tiny bit of curiosity goes a long way
