Except they once again only ruled on standing and not on the merits and even the majority strongly suggests they can be sued if they are actively engaging with social media companies.

 

Like I wish these liberal legal nerds would understand the 5th circuit has no problem broadly throwing cases out on standing. Without sending things back in the merits they are going to keep doing what they’re doing and lawyers will just put more effort into showing standing. These decisions will hurt forward looking claims looking to protect public health and the environment the most, and the liberal judges just sign onto these conservative opinions without even a concurrence because they want to take “wins” and act like the court isn’t so divided. It’s not good.

Absolutely getting a VPN to watch the Olympics. The NBC coverage is so irritating that it's not even worth watching. They talk for 5 minutes about nothing, show a 30 second race, and then play 5 minutes of ads. And now they've started showing ads in the middle of races picture-in-picture, and the ad takes up more of the screen than the race. It's so stupid.

 

What do you plan to watch it on with your VPN? Just wondering since I already have one

 

I've heard the CBC coverage is very good. I think BBC used to be good but they lost the rights to Discovery which may or may not suck.
