black tea 4 life

 

I hated coffee until I moved to Portland. Now I drink two espressos a day.

 

Not a coffee drinker but I’ll have decaf with dessert. But I had an affogato the other week at 10 pm and could not fall asleep until 2:30.

 

It's called Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Put some respect on its name!

 

i drink coffee and tea interchangably. used to have the occasional redbull back in my days of working doubles and triples. energy drinks are definitely more effective when youre struggling to stay awake but they kind of make me feel like shit at the same time. glad i dont need them anymore at like 5 or 6 for a big can and i like the taste/ritual of coffee and tea way better anyway.

 

This made me legit sad to read.

I’ve been doing a Celsius every work day and I need to stop. 200mg of caffeine in those.

My weekly liquid intake typically consists of like 70% iced tea, 25% water, and 5% chai lattes

 

They have this NOCCO brand here in the Nordics and they’re fantastic - 110mg to 180mg of caffeine, no sugar, and BCAA’s. Now sold on Amazon if people in the US wanted to try

 

the sparkling ice waters with caffeine in them are great but they don’t sell those in cases as far as I know and only a few gas stations around me even have them or I’d be drinking them every day. I’m turning into my mom though and just guzzle diet Dr Pepper like it’s water

 

I just bought a case at Costco today. I’ve never had them before but everyone drinks them and talks about them. They seem to emphasize the metabolic boost so I’m gonna see what they do before going on jogs/walks.

 

I’ve also found for me that energy drinks work better in the afternoon than in the morning

 

I think, beyond the high caffeine, they are on the better side for energy drinks. But that’s only just my assumption haha

Warm water in the morning gets me going.

Any tea past 4 pm will keep me up until midnight.

 

Stupid branding aside, as a guy who can’t really drink alcohol without instantly feeling nauseous or getting a headache, the fact that so many bars carry Liquid Death is very clutch.

 

Liquid Death launched some new flavors recently and I really enjoy them more than most of their original ones.

I have not drank pop/soda in years but my partner put me on to Poppi/Olipop so I have been enjoying them lately.
