I am the biggest proponent of CPAP that you will meet. Been using it for 8 years or so and it absolutely changed my life. Energy, mental acuity, sexual performance (sup David), general happiness all improved. my wife sleeps better now since I don’t snore. I use a resmed Airsense 11 and it’s great. Test a few masks to find what works for you - I really like the fx nano I use now, but have had success with others. Get a UV machine to clean so it’s easy.
