Nah the tweet you posted said that liberal Jews being called self hating was because of a Russian campaign. That’s not true and that tweet is also suspect because they conflate being a self hating jew with being “anti-Israel” as if being anti-Israel is an insult or a bad thing

I think you both need to go back and re-read the tweet, because it specified a specific group of people that swarmed liberal Jews with replies and where they got at least some of their talking points from. It was not saying they were the only people calling liberal Jews self hating Jews, it was saying that specific group that it’s talking about was fueled by either Russian bot farming or Russian accounts. This does not mean it’s letting Israeli operatives off the hook for doing the same within the discourse guys, I promise.

 

And yeah if you read the replies to any Jewish folks speaking out against it then you know that the types of “self hating jew” type replies they were getting definitely had some different tones to them, depending on who was saying it.
