I want to see a study done to find out what percentage of our youth actually cares about this so we can determine why she feels so attacked.

I am also a "big/important things done on laptop" person. Hate doing anything on the phone when I don't have to.

Read some of the Wikipedia article and the headline omits the word "explicit".

It sounds like allowing examination for educational purposes falls under waivers that a patient might be granting when giving approval for a procedure.

The "explicit" distinction is because the patient might not realize that they're granting that permission.

The article goes on to say that more than 20 states have banned the practice.

I wish either article explained why microplastics are present in glass bottles. Would that just be those with plastic lids that may be shedding?

Anyway, I drink bottled water maybe once every couple years, but I definitely get microplastics from plenty of other sources so I can’t say I’m missing out on the fun!

It could be the lids but glass bottles often have a plastic coating that is the culprit
Anyway yeah it’s everywhere. It’s in the tap water. It’s in the rain! This is not something the consumer can fix alone, we need sweeping policy changes to stop a lot of plastic from getting into the environment
