Nice work! Early in my career I moved cities, then took a job that offered less than my previous position. I didn't counter, and it took me nearly 5 years to get back to where I was. You've set yourself up nice.

What a doofus

 

The one downside to being in a public sector union, and especially in a state that doesn’t allow public sector workers to strike, is I will never see a raise bigger than a few % lol. Our negotiations team that I’m a part of has been especially frustrated with our negotiations this contract because they’ve been seemingly super unprepared and we feel like they’re slow rolling and hoping that once the school year starts we’ll give in to something less. But as of right now thier last proposal was 6.5% total over the next 3 years lol. Our initial proposal was 15% over the next 3.

 

I assume he’s trying to point out that the other VP candidates have similar views or records on Israel, which yeah is kind of true, but that ignores the extra lengths he’s gone on it like the whole Ben and Jerry’s thing. At best you could say he’s only slightly worse than the rest on Israel, but he’s also worse on other big issues too! But, you know, it must be because he’s Jewish.
