Got the same alert 5 minutes ago. It’s wild because it’s not raining here at all. Hasn’t been for the last two hours.

And there hasn’t been any wind. So whenever this thing comes, it’s just gonna be outta nowhere.

We’re good. The worst part of it went about 10 miles north. I’m sure I have branches down but I won’t know until tomorrow morning.

Best thing I did today though was bring home 2 “expired” fire helmets and coats for our basement bathroom/storm shelter.

I was at that same festival! Did you know he had a room at The Ogden and apparently wanted a room with a view overlooking the festival? For whatever reason, he didn't strike that weekend. I had nightmares for weeks afterwards where he started shooting up the crowd during Cage The Elephant's set on Saturday. Just knowing how close we were to it being us instead of the country crowd made me ill.

 

They’re all absolutely terrible, but the Vegas shooting specifically was one which reeeaaally freaked me out. Any outdoor music festival/show or outdoor sports events … it’s on my mind.

 

I saw this in a parking lot. The Alex Jones is right bumper sticker is so fucked up. After the trial, how can you think shootings are staged?
