I have next week off, and one of the things on my to do list is really sit down and see how many people I know that have moved to Mastodon, to see if there's any chance I can at least move Twitter off my home screen. I want a small community for Baseball fans, and I do want to see news if/when something breaks, but I don't want to spend time on Twitter if I can help it. The fact I don't use an official client so that dicknose gets no money from me at least helps, but it's stuff like this that is pushing me in the "I really don't want to be there" direction.
