Definitely abolish dealerships at least for new vehicles

It has to do with Ford dealers adding all these crazy "dealer markups" on vehicles after people had ordered them or even just ones sitting on their lots while jacking up the price past the MSRP. Ford dealers have done this on all of the "hot" vehicles that Ford released recently like the Bronco, Lightning, and Mach-E.

It's smart on Ford's part because it not only pisses of the buyer but its lost revenue for the Ford corporation itself. Though, I think you are going to start to see a rise in private people flipping cars like this. You probably won't ever see new vehicles sitting in a lot like you did Pre-Covid so people could totally get on order lists, buy the car, and then flip it to someone who doesn't want to wait for a vehicle.

I'm late to this party, but it's funny seeing this mentioned just cause the old forum I used to post on before it collapsed recently got back together on Discord with a plan to utilize this forum feature in the future.

I like how instead of trying to argue that they weren't involved in a disinformation campaign, their argument is more along the lines of "other people tried to warn you, but you didn't listen".
