So if the SAVE plan on student loans restricts your payments to 5% of your income, is that for all your student loans added up? And does it apply to private loans?

Example: let's say 5% of my annual income is $500 a month. My current monthly student loans are $354 for a federal loan, $119 for a private loan, and $678 for another private loan. Added up, that's $1151. I'd only have to pay $500 total for all 3 loans, saving me $651 per month?
