Ends don't justify means, bro

 

It is possible to say that it is good that those in need are getting help from him while simultaneously pointing out that how and why he does it is gross and repugnant.

 

In general one guy giving money to some poor people for his video content is not “helping the poor” it’s the same wealth hoarding selective charity bullshit we’ve always had. A few lucky people get help while the vast majority continue to suffer. To help the poor we need to stop letting people get as rich as him while there are so many people with basic needs that aren’t being met.

Sure. It doesn’t solve the underlying and big picture issues. Yet some people are being helped and I think it’s okay to say that. But yea, he is a shitbag.

 

Is he just handing people money and walking away, or is he actually trying to better people's lives permanently? Is he providing people with homes, access to jobs, necessary medical care? If not then I have a hard time believing he actually cares about these people.

 

He does it for the clicks and views.
