i hate summer so much

 

I love it, but Minnesota summer is actually hospitable

 

The part of this thread about the “culture” of parenting in our society seems to make it harder to be a parent (aka the whole idea of doing it on your own and not with family and etc) is a good one. Parenting is hard and great but it doesn’t HAVE to be as hard as we make it here.

I like that Twitter is so broken, when I click on the parenting tweet, it just looks like he actually had nothing to get off of his chest.

 

Same. That and the cost are why we are not having a second kid.

wow. I just went to check mine and yep. think its time to officially delete mine.

 

yeah my mom is near (about 40 minutes) and works near us so she has to drive by every day she works anyway, and it’s a lifesaver. Like makes it sooooo much easier. The fact that our culture sort of emphasizes parenting without help or just making it harder to be both a parent and a working adult is so frustrating and awful

 

Need to start keeping a list of holocaust revisionists making money off Ukraine
