Trump going to court for a second indictment on Tuesday is also funny because Wednesday is his birthday.

 

It's so blatantly obvious when you think about how the lower courts ruled to stop these maps, and the easiest solution was for SCOTUS to allow those rulings to hold so the maps would be kept fair under the "old rules" until the court verified whether the old rules would apply going forward. But they knew they could throw a few House seats to the Repubs if they let them do funky shitty racist maps for a cycle first.
