I really hate the "plenty of people have mental illness and don't ____" line because plenty of people do have wild, drastic shifts in behavior and thinking because of mental illness, you just don't know them because they live on the street or people shun them. Who knows to what extent this applies to kanye, certainly seems like he's a right winger regardless, but the broad generalization that implies that because you have depression and anxiety and ADHD and you aren't wearing a tinfoil hat to protect your brain waves from the jews, anyone who would do so just hates jews, gets thrown out a lot and is very stupid.

If anything I think most people are being overly cautious to not describe what is clearly happening in plain language so as not to be accused of being alarmist or crazy or out of line.

yeah i think sometimes people get so caught up in not wanting to stigmatize people with mental illness that they seem to want to ignore than mental illness can have…a lot of bad side effects! Like no I don’t think everyone who is depressed of anxious or bipolar wants to kill all the jews or blame the jews for controlling society…but if I hear someone saying those things, it sure seems like they might be a little bit mentally ill! Like, the alternative is that a competent and sane person without any mental defects believes the Jews are using their crazy Jew powers to hypnotize the rest of us. One of those seems more plausible than the other!
