I like this guy a lot and I sympathize with how I would feel in his situation.

 

literally every other virus: parents teachers and everyone else that works with or is around kids knows they’re basically just walking viral vectors

With this one specific virus, for the last two years: maybe it’s not the kids, and it doesn’t spread in schools after all.

Good news everyone--a local news channel did a story about sweaty man taint and, apparently, that got "gooch grease" trending.

Because, you know. Who doesn't want to hear about that.

Minnesota Democrats' historic legislative session

 

Y’know, I wouldn’t be so disappointed about the student loans news if the ‘5% of your monthly income’ plan was going to take effect but I know for certain that won’t happen. I don’t even live in the US but 1/3 of my monthly income is going to have be sent there if I want to pay everything within 2 years.

Biden will veto the Senate bill, but there’s no chance the Supreme Court will approve of it.

Don’t have time to watch the whole thing now but I had no idea Great Smokey Mountains was (seemingly?) the most visited park, and for some reason it’s visitor numbers seemed to have ballooned pretty big over the last few years. Didn’t realize it was so popular. Still need to get there myself.

 

I think in part due to Covid and the lockdown. People discovered the magnificence and beautify of the Smokies.

 

yeah it just surprised me it wasn’t one of the usuals like Yellowstone or Grand Canyon or Yosemite that you would expect it to be. Though tbf Grand Canyon was in that top 5. Acadia being top 5 is kind of crazy too but I guess it gets all of New England haha.
