SCOTUS dealing another blow to labor unions this morning.

A 8-1 decision on that union case is fucking ghoulish. Fuck everyone of those six justices, really gross Kagan and Satamayor joining that.

 

Anyone got a tweet thread or summary of the ruling?

 

Saw a SCOTUSBlog commentator say this so interested in what happens when this decision gets deep dived.

Yeah the conservative justices have been so abhorrent it gets lost how the liberal justices have been more than complicit. That whole institution needs an overhaul

 

Matt Walsh and the Daily Wire all in a tizzy because Twitter pulled their support of releasing their stupid trans hate movie on Twitter and even went to say they will limit its reach if its posted anyway because of misgendering in that hate film.

 

And when you actually have a picture of yourself sitting at at table with Nazis.....

 

I was confused for a bit there, because it just very clearly is meant to undermine the only thing that gives a strike any power or effectiveness whatsoever, which is the entire point. It's just written in a way so as to obfuscate what it is doing to the general population, or even someone who takes a casual interest and looks at it in a cursory way.
