I'm not sure what order it usually goes in, but the big ones are pretty normal, I think they also want to project a "adults are coming" kind of mentality as well. All the names so far have felt very "professional" for lack of a better word. Like bringing the UN ambassador back to a cabinet level is signaling quite a lot, that kinda thing.

I honestly didn’t even know the spot that Kerry was nominated for existed lol. What does it do?

 

CNN is doing a hit outside now and the “protestors” out there are insane lol

 

I used to live like two blocks from there so its absolutely wild seeing that on CNN. Those people look like absolute morons as well.

 

It’s a new position. it’s good imo in that it reflects a policy that climate change is a national security issue but there isn’t any statutory authority for regulation or anything like that. I think you’re right to be more concerned with the EPA director. I’m watching that one very closely, I would love to see Inslee there as well from the realistic choices.

Honeslty I don’t even know if Inslee is even in contention, I think we all just assume it because his primary campaign really seemed more like a campaign to be the EPA director for whoever won haha

(it still makes me sad that he dropped out when he did, he kept pushing the discussion to climate change and it was so so needed)
