I had the pleasure of working on a shoot in New York a few years back with Michael J. Fox and Denis Leary for this New York Firefighter Challenge and I’ll never forget his exchange with the camera operator. He’s standing there looking at the complicated stabilizer rig the guy is hauling so he asks “is that to keep the camera stable?” to which the camera op replies “Yeah, it’s a gyroscope so it stays in place while I’m moving.”

Michael J. Fox, the American treasure that he is, smirks for a second, points to himself while he’s shaking and goes “My internal gyroscope’s all fucked up.”

That’s my favorite memory of the entire shoot.

 

The thing that bums me out the most about
My family is that my brother and cousin and their partners are still planning to travel for Christmas. They both absolutely know better.

I feel like there’s gonna have to be a whole history book just on these 4+ years (including his 2016 campaign)

 

They’ll use it side by side with civic classes

 

The amount of books that will be written about these years and the crazy characters involved will be staggering; most likely an entire isle at your local Barnes & Noble

 

I think Trump will be a pretty big chapter in the fall or divide of the United States, but Trump is a symptom of that history not the cause. He’s a significant chapter but this country is severely divided and I don’t see how it’s fixable. Our fellow countrymen known as the gop our are enemy imo.
