Is this the first president in history that has refused to concede? I’m sure a Google search can answer that for me so this may be a stupid question.

The more I look at the election map, the more I think Dem pres candidates should pull completely out of Ohio and Iowa, maybe not invest as much in Florida, and go all in on the 3 Midwest "blue wall" states as well as AZ, Georgia, and NC. It's clear those 3 are the future in terms of population growth, and you can use those as a base in the South while you try to chip away at Texas.
