I understand there are practical considerations for being unable to continue counting votes over the weekend but the amount of damage Trump can do with two whole days of no movement is pretty massive.

that's a news/media issue and not an elections administration issue. we have no reason to rush our process or change our deadlines just because our city/county/state is taking our time to do things correctly for our voters.

 

Like i said, I understand there are practical considerations but it’s sort of a bigger thing than that at this point.
