Trump is running behind Biden in Brown compared to Kenosha. So figure he gets at least 15k there, given its like twice the size.

Manitowoc running ahead of Kenosha, so call that a wash.

Recount in Wisconsin is only 0.5%. Biden is clear of that by a hair (0.58%), and likely to gain a few more votes. So we might be good?
