I haven't been paying close attention but I did see something about how France has had another rise in radical islamic activity. A journalist was killed or something and then they decided to post the Charle Hebdo images all over the city of Paris or something? Idk....seems like tensions there are high with the muslim population again and the radical elements are taking advantage of that(if they ever receded?)

 

Very behind on British politics, what’s the deal with the current Corbyn stuff? I know there’s always been claims of antisemitism (seems like a pretty common tactic against the left everywhere at all times). So, what, they investigated some actual antisemites in the party & used that to continue their attack on Corbyn?

 

It all started up again recently when a teacher showed images of Muhammed in his class; a Muslim student told somebody, and then somebody got triggered and then went to sacrifice himself by beheading the teacher and then getting shot/killed himself by police. Macron came out and defended what the teacher did, and of free speech/secularism, but in the process pissing off the Muslim world, which has now lead to this Nice attack, and France in general right now being on high risk of more attacks
