If Biden wins and we get the senate then between November and January the Democrats need to vet and get ready to appoint in January 5 liberal young justices to the Supreme Court and then get an entire slate of bills on election security and voting rights, COVID relief, climate change, forgive student loan debt, and raise the minimum wage ready for January 22. We only have a guarantee of 2 years to have a majority. There’s 0 reason not to ram as many bills through as possible as quickly as possible.
