Yeah I mean the main problem was nobody forcing the lenders to follow guidelines, and the guidelines not being more strict, because we know "small" businesses owned by wealthy people aren't going to be in the mindset of "oh i'll pass up this free 100% forgiveable loan and instead sacrifice my own cash bc other people might need it more." Now we're left with Hold Accountable tweets.
