There was more talk of him challenging Portman for the senate seat than governor, I haven’t seen any chatter about governor for him but a lot could change. Mostly I’ve seen a couple of Mayors, Mayor of Cinci and the Mayor of Dayton. The Mayor of Dayton got some push after handling the aftermath of a school shooting. But if history is any indicator some vanilla national name will step in and easily win the primary with an Obama endorsement

I brought this study up to an attorney that represents landlords and his response was “landlords have rights too”, I wanted to kill him but I’m not a landlord so I don’t have a right to I guess

 

Well as time goes on i think you’ll have a suburban population that is full of more millennials and GenZers and less Boomers and GenXers...so maybe in time the populist message isn’t as much of a turn off to those populations. But when you’re in the middle
of big demo shifts like this, it’s hard to find where the exact right balance is that you can win elections and do anything good at all.

I agree with you that I am...nervous where this goes in the next few elections. Especially if Biden can’t even get a few of the good things for the working class hed actually do done without the senate. Biden really should just do what Trump did and sign a bunch of meaningless EOs and make big deals about them even though they don’t actually do anything.
