For sure, one of the main reasons there are riots and unrest is because the electoral process is broken and ineffective in addressing police violence. Telling people that voting is the answer right now is similar to telling them to be civil imo

Random thought...I knew Biden was gonna push his relationship with Obama a lot but I see Obama in a lot of the digital ads his campaign pushes. Do you think the plan is to make Obama a part of the admin in some way? I always just assume former presidents want nothing to do with government once they’re done but Obama is young enough that like...would he really turn down running some federal organization or special working group formed to address a certain issue or etc?

I mean the troll in me would love to see him appointed to SCOTUS literally for no other reason than to “own the cons”, but I was trying to imagine something more practical and...it seems possible to me. Idk.
