Gee maybe we should stop giving these people our money every year

 

My dad who works for the postal service said they go around removing those collection boxes all the time based on the volume of mail and such, so chances are that people are just noticing now because the post office is the center of attention and we are gearing up for a mostly vote by mail election. Regardless, I would say it’s probably not a good idea be removing those boxes right before a vote by mail election.

But removing the sorting machines in the distribution facilities, that’s the real crime here. That needs extensive public outrage and needs to put a stop to.

Came here to post this earlier and can’t remember if I did or not

 

It is hard having a kid right now for so many virus related reasons but yeah that also keeps me up at night sometimes. Who knows what the internet will be like in 10 years.
Climate change though, I’ve had to up my medication for that. I dread having to explain how we did nothing to stop it while we had the chance and Ive had breakdowns thinking about what her and her children, if she has any, will have to go through.

Surprise, surprise. A lot of white-collar workers are working from home during a pandemic and not wearing their suits on trains.

 

Yeah I completely understand that. Some friends think I’m crazy and since I already have the baby I’m sure I do overthink it but I just got too deep into the models and the actual changes to the ecosystems that are predicted and it’s just terrifying. I desperately hope the science is way off on all of it but it’s kind of like when I was hoping covid would go away with warm weather, all the evidence suggests otherwise.
