Damn this is wild, and very very sad. I can't believe it's been 20 years

It's crazy with technology just how far we've come too, knowing the minute something like this happens. I remember that day we had a normal day of classes (I went to school about 10 miles away from Columbine) and nothing was ever said about it all day. Didn't even know it happened until later that evening when I had a baseball game in the Littleton area and only like half of us showed up to the field and after 30 minutes someone came to the field to let us know the games were cancelled

edit: actually I just remembered my wife’s boss is on the cover of a local magazine here from March they did a story on her and some of the other survivors

I just saw that clip, never expected it to go that direction. Even in a moment of fake seriousness and “respect” for the troops I guess? he manages to insult a woman. What hot garbage.

IIRC in his Studio 60 show, there was a running storyline of one of the actor's brother was stationed in Iraq and was captured and/or killed and they really tried milking that for the audience
