Imagine being the "smart one of the conservative party" and thinking people shouldn't be paid $15 an hour. That's your argument, people shouldn't make, at least, $15 an hour, and people consider you "smart." The press gives you press, you're a millionaire, and one of the things you espouse, and it does not get you laughed out of the room, and shamed, is that people shouldn't make $15 an hour. How fucked are we as a society when this is true?

 

Because our news cycle and country are broken, it's worth mentioning: this would be a monumental scandal for any other administration. If this were Hillary? The NYT would write up articles of impeachment themselves.
