Fair point, my fear has always been that Pence is also more capable than Trump so I'd be afraid of what he could get done in the meantime.

Pence can't command the cult of personality the same way Trump can, though. He's an empty suit. There's not much he'd be able to get done in the next few months that Trump himself wouldn't have been able to do anyway. And, like I said, since he doesn't inspire such slavish devotion amongst the GOP, he's more beatable than Trump in November.

 

Yep, it seems very, very likely that will be the case.

 

Romney's gonna be forced to switch to an Independent who caucuses with Democrats after this lol, at least we'll pick up a seat in our total number.
