Is he? I actually tried to find some affiliation for him before I made that post and all I could find was him shitting on Trump and with one specific quote saying you can't listen to Slipknot and also like Trump, nothing else about his leanings

Davenport was a big place yet to report, no idea where they swing

  7. Yep. He’s doing above expectations in Trump places so far. Those realignments were never gonna go Bernie or Warren but I thought maybe Bernie would bring out new voters there. Interesting.

  9. It’s iffy math on 62% but I couldn’t come up with better either.

  13. I have to begrudgingly admit that this reserved take by Silver over at the 538 is probably the correct one: waters are muddy

    edit: appears jason scooped me

Not esp worried about all this, got a lot of work to do for NH and we should all pivot to that rather than gawking at Iowa’s confusing and likely ultimately-meaningless spectacle.

Do the individual parties have the authority to change whether we use the delegate system vs. popular vote in the primary? Obviously the electoral college in the general is a whole different thing but i'm just curious. Are there any benefits to using the delegate system in this day and age?

I don't remember this at all

  23. This is correct. Bernie is heavily favorited in NH. It’s imo his must win state. If he can win that, top 2 in Nevada and SC, then we’re looking good with Cali depending on where delegates fall.
