Freshmen in HS, so mostly 14/15. This isn't a bad idea....Selma will probably still work better to hold their attention though, just because Civil Rights era protests are more accessible to them than unionizing mills are haha. Especially in my classes that are predominantly POC

The one thing I am pretty confident about is that Bernie has more people knocking on doors than Biden or Warren.

Only like 3hrs away from Des Moines and I’m half interested in the idea of just going to a caucus to watch lol. Like if I remember correctly 2016 was an insane debacle

 

If i were that close and could afford having the day off the following day, I almost definitely would. I literally teach civics and still ahve no real idea how a caucus works, and this one especially is gonna be crazy it sounds like.

I just hope Pete is down early and all his voters defect to Warren. Though TBH having a 4th person finish above the 15% threshhold may ultimately benefit Bernie and Warren since it would help keep Biden's delegate count down.

The problem with caucuses is not everyone has the time to spend an hour+ having supporters of other candidates tell them who they they think they should vote for.

Just do ranked choice with instant runoff if you want the vote realignment.

 

God I'd love ranked choice voting
