Can't wait for labour to replace him with some pretty neoliberal white boi named Justin Buttiarcon

it’s making me legit nervous seeing people start to acknowledge Bernie’s good chances, like “No stop it, go back to ignoring him, he was doing fine and this only reads as signaling for others to start actually going after him.” Bernie needs to be like a covert op making his way under cover of darkness, and by the time they realize how close he is it’s too late for them to do anything about it

  10. This has been my thought as well for a while. I want the focus on Warren and Pete and him being “ignored” a while longer to be honest.

Yeah but if he is ignored for too long that will ultimately hurt his campaign.

  12. Not sure I agree. I think there’s a happy medium, and if he can finish top 3 in Iowa, win NH, finish top 2 in SC, he has set himself up to do very well with Super Tuesday and already has grassroots fundraising bank to turn to. Warren or a Pete has to win Iowa for them to have a chance imo, so I like him floating a little under the media radar at the moment and not being their target.

working class revolt in favor of the conservatives?!?! seems a bit odd

the lower turnout is also odd. makes me feel more than anything this was a vote against Corbyn (or rather, a vote against the monster the media made Corbyn out to be).

If Scotland goes, Labour should definitely make proportional election reform a huge priority. And then actually follow through on it unlike Canada.

I thought the whole “The Brits are just sick of Brexit and want it to be dealt with and over” was a dumb overly simplistic narrative but it seems like it’s starting to hold water
