So I almost died today during dental surgery, and of course there was a nazi yelling about how Jews control the world in the waiting room beforeheand. Just a terrible fucking day.

I remember getting all five (!) of my wisdom teeth taken out, and as they start to give me the gas, I start counting down from 10, and after saying nine I then wake up and it's all over. So weird.

getting my wisdom teeth out was one of the best days in my life. the drugs they gave me, going home and doing my own, and then spending the afternoon watching eternal sunshine with my mom providing milkshakes on demand. high school was wonderful.

The aenesthesia put me into shock and apparently I was green? I can't even begin to describe what I was feeling and what was happening. It was absolutely terrifying.

Nah, they just gave me a certain kind or amount. I'm still not totally sure of the explanation they gave. I've had it before and was totally fine when I got endo and colonoscopies, that's why I thought oh this is nbd. I was breaking out in cold sweats and feeling like I was literally becoming some kind of atom or matter in the universe. It was the scariest shit I've ever experienced, but I didn't know them and went off a referral. Just get it with someone you trust and it should be fine.

I would've never have gotten this surgery if I wasn't scared as fuck that I would never be able to afford it if my insurance changed, which is likely happening soon. I didn't need it at all, I was just afraid.
