Our district’s union contract says we’re not allowed to strike. A lot of members think it’s a stupid provision. But the flip side of it is our district usually gives us most of what we ask for. We’re one of the highest (The highest?) paid districts in the state and get a lot of decent things. Our biggest complaint is usually about our class sizes.
