    By mail?! Jesus that sucks

  5. Hickenlooper won't support m4a, green new deal, abolishing the filibuster, or really any kind of left policy you can think of, but hopefully a vote against the more vile GOP stuff (especially on committees) would be helpful

Wait, why am I whispering ...

There's a lot of good senate candidates in Colorado right now.

Dan Baer is one I've seen mentioned quite a bit.

That suuuucks. Sorry man, that's super shitty.

  9. Is Hickenlooper beating them in primary polls? Does he do better than them against Gardner? I'd never of this guy but he's definitely better than Lickenpooper (damn i just came up with that)

I've checked out Andrew Romanoff and he seems pretty good.

But all likelihood says that if Hickenlooper runs, he'll win. He's popular there.

Bottom line is that Hickenlooper would still be way better in the senate than Gardner. An extra dem will help cabinet and court appointees. Hickenlooper will still be a definite yes on things like $15 min wage, infrastructure, reproductive rights, gun control, etc.

If one of his challengers from the left catches some steam, great and hopefully some national figures could endorse them and help (though all in all Hickenlooper probably would have a better shot at beating Gardner than them)

Yeah the only shitty thing about this is I felt pretty confident that any Dem was going to win that race, so one not as moderate as Hickenlooper would have been nice.

Yeah Gardner is probably gonna lose to the Dem no matter who it is, so having Hick in the race now really puts a damper on my enthusiasm

  22. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but why does Bernie's team think this is the right tactic right now in the primary? It seems like the wrong messaging strategy to try and win some of these early states. I haven't understood it and how much oxygen it's taking away from policies or a message of how he can beat Trump. The things I think voters want to hear.

I just don't see the benefit to this strategy at the moment. I keep getting emails about it from the campaign and I don't find it persuasive.

So Trump both wants Tlaib to go "back to where she came from" but then also supports Israel being like "no you cannot come here"?

    sounds pretty racist to me
