well, it is true that reversing cuts is always politically more difficult than doing cuts. depending on the makeup of congress it could be very difficult. idk if or why these cuts don't require congressional approval but congress is going to have to pass an increased budget. they might prioritize other initiatives or reversing other things trump did. they only have so much time and political capital

 

You like the autographed portraits of murder victims at least?

 

Are those photos autographed by Trump? Why are those photos autographed? Its straight out of a satirical black comedy. The one where the narcissistic celebrity reality star becomes president. If SNL had a skit about the president autographing photos of murder victims or dead soldiers the media would say they've gone too far.
At this point I'm convinced we're in a simulation.

 

On the bright side, logged onto Facebook for the first time in awhile and the first post I see is a friend from college asking to take a moment and just think about how great Joey Cape is.

Finally looked up some CT gubernatorial candidates and uhhhhh

The three possible candidates on the democratic primary ballot seem to be:

a self-described "third way" democrat who worked for hillary and bill and whose central economic policy is creating state-funded start up incubators

a former mayor who was convicted and went to jail for political corruption

and the brain genius who managed to lose to Joe Lieberman in the general in 2006
