We just had a 24 hour stomach bug in our house. It was awful but both of us were fine within the 24h

 

So I don’t know if this has been discussed recently
Or not but…what are we thinking is going to happen in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial?

 

I think he's gonna get charged with something for the first guy he killed but not the second or the one with the GSW. The one with the GSW literally pointed his gun at him and and Rittenhouse shot him.

 

I haven’t been following it but the other lawyers I know that have think the prosecution is not putting on a good case and there is a lot of reasonable doubt

Yeah the video I saw tonight of the prosecution with their hands on their bowed heads was kind of telling after the GSW said he had his gun and pointed at Rittenhouse...which he did not include in his written statement.

and I may have mixed up the first two shootings. I think they're going to have the biggest debate over Rosenbaum because the fatal wound was in his back. Huber might be considered self defense because of the skateboard.

Every morning, as part of my job, I get a round up of news related to recent Illinois court cases. I always skim it just to see if there is anything interesting or helpful to my job.

Today, while skimming, I see this blurb:

I paused, and read it again...because my PCP is a man named Dr. Alan Bain.

So, I click on the link.

Yup. It's my PCP. And I also find this:

Bottom line, I am gonna need to find a new PCP.

 

Gotta love when your company lays people off and frames it as doing what’s best for the client! Maybe keep those people who make $20 an hour and knock the CEO’s pay from $10 million a year to $9 million.
