I would think so. I can only eat highly-processed wheat coated in highly-processed sugar is like the opposite of any food sensitivity I've ever heard of.

I knew someone who only ate CFA nuggets with no sauce and also certain cupcakes/plain ice cream. Genuinely that was all she ate. On Sunday she went hungry or ate only the desserts or sometimes bought enough on Saturday that she could eat the nuggets the next day. So I find this completely believable.

 

I've known people who only eat pasta

 

I feel like my body would stop functioning on a diet like that within a week.

 

I had a handful of m&m's this afternoon and I've been paying for it ever since.

 

For the first couple months of the pandemic, 95% of my diet was
1. Honey Nut Cheerios
2. Turkey & Swiss Sandwich
3. Taco Bell Bean Burritos
